Aspect have been established for about 20 yrs. Our roots lie in small building projects before we discovered the "Great Outdoors". It became apparent that all the communal and commercial landscapes we saw around us was managed by rapidly disappearing council employees or workers seconded to cut the grass on their lunch breaks. Private householders also had less time to spend in the garden but still wanted their property to have a consistently smart appearance.
By investing in high quality and/or large machinery and developing rapid systems of work we were able to compete on price and quality. The dawn of the housing association and the rapid expansion of care homes opened up new areas where we could apply our expertise. By investing in the correct licenses for weedkilling, waste transfer and Hazardous waste together with embracing the Health and Safety and Risk assessment culture ensured we were sometimes the only choice of supplier for many Blue Chip companies.
